Submission Guidelines
Types of Submissions
FUTUREd accepts the following types of submissions:
- Research Articles
- Conceptual and Theoretical Papers
- Policy Analyses
- Case Studies and Practice Reports
- Critical Reflections
- Position Papers
- Innovative Practice Briefs
- Book and Resource Reviews
Manuscript Requirements
- 1,500–7,000 words
- Abstract: 150–200 words
- 3–6 keywords
- APA citation style
- Submitted as MS Word document using the journal’s template
Submission Process
FUTUREd uses a two-stage submission process.
- Authors submit an abstract for initial editorial review
- If the abstract is approved, authors are invited to submit a full manuscript
- The manuscript undergoes initial screening for relevance and formatting
- The manuscript is sent for double-blind peer review
- Authors revise their work based on reviewer feedback (if required)
- The editorial team makes a final decision
- Accepted manuscripts are proofread and published
