About FUTUREd

FUTUREd — Future Trends in University Teaching and Research in Education is an annual peer-reviewed journal dedicated to exploring innovation in higher education. It provides a platform for faculty, researchers, instructional designers, and language professionals to share research, case studies, and reflections on how technology, pedagogy, and global collaboration are shaping the future of learning.

The journal’s mission is to advance knowledge, inspire innovation, and empower educators and policymakers to lead the transition toward more inclusive, equitable, and future-ready education systems. Contributions may include empirical studies, theoretical analyses, and practical approaches to teaching and research.

FUTUREd is an academic journal sponsored by Lakeland University Japan (LUJ).
LUJ provides institutional support for publication and distribution; however, editorial content and decisions are managed independently by the voluntary editorial board.
